The blank sides of the cards offer you the option to add your own typed text ... or to keep the space blank for hand-written notes. The type boxes are marked by the placeholder words "Title" and "Text." If you want the type panels to be blank, click "Title." When the edit window opens, delete the word and save. Do the same for "Text."
